Incredibly rude! Whoever is the appointment receptionist is completely and utterly useless. My 5 year old son had a 102.9° temp. I told her I'm new to town don't have gas to take him to er. I asked if I could bring him in, she asked what kind of insurance I told her ARkids. She told me I would have to pay. I've never heard this before so I was trying to ask questions and she kept interrupting me and being extremely rude and pushy. I wanted to drive over their just to confront this devil woman. Then I called the Baptist health clinic and the appointment receptionist was so nice and explained everything to me in a polite manner and even was sympathetic to my situation and wished us all the luck. Why couldn't this (I don't want to say human/person because she was neither) entity help our serious situation?!! I will never even think about bringing the people I love most to a place like this. I hope you wouldn't either.
