We weren't given a payment book when we purchased our vehicle from Stuttgart Motors which closed down now we live so far from England that I have to call and make my payment. They NEVER answer the phone. How are you supposed to make a payment to a place that never answers?? I think every place you buy a vehicle from should supply a payment book to prevent this.
Most of the people were pretty friendly. I usually left paying my payment happy because most of the people were friendly... But there is one lady who is so angry and has such a huge chip on her shoulders that it puts you off of the good people there. I only met her twice and both times left bad feeling of wanting to yell at her but left because I have the feeling she gets that all the time.

They have misleading sales ads on television. Uses hidden GPS devices to monitor your daily commute. When your income isnt enough, they falsify records to get you approved for a high interest rates unbeknownst to the consumer. They give 25 days to pay your loan/car note. They hold your payment until the bank thinks you are behind and they let the bank do the dirty work and of course the financial obligations to the loan so that they will be alotted more money from the consumer after repossession. The try to resale the consumer vehicles without the 2nd title holder knowing so that any monies owed back will be kept by them. They sale mediocre vehicles that are about 60% in the fair range of operation at inflated prices with promise of sales taxes paid only to add it into the total cost of vehicle before taxes added making the consumer think that they got a great deal but are actually paying for it over the term of your lease agreement. They have very few qualified and trained employees who are certified and/or bonded. (ex. Repo Men, Mechanics, Tax Preps, Financial Advisers, etc.) After falling into their trap they only give you a full payout option to keep your vehicle and it isnt stated anywhere in the contract. I would not recommend leasing a vehicle from them and they dont post buyers guides in vehicles windows to give consumers a fair option to consider their vehicles.
